1 1/2 lbs. Round Steak (well trimmed, well pounded)
2 Tbs. cooking oil
1 c. Maria's Style Salsa Verde or Maria's Style Red Salsa
4-6 Whole Potatoes, peeled
4-6 Whole Carrots, peeled
Heat in oil in baking dish. Brown beef, turning until well browned. Add Maria's Style green or red salsa and vegetables and cover.
Bake at 350° F for 45 minutes or until meat is tender and vegetables are cooked. (Remove cover for last 15 minutes of baking time.
